2Which data do we process?
We only process the data you provide to us yourself, plus anonymised visitor statistics. We never collect more than necessary.
When requesting the brochure
- Your name
- The name of your organisation
- Your email address
When requesting a quote
- Your name and organisation
- Your email address and (optionally) phone number
- Your preferences for the team outing: chosen activity/activities, location, number of participants, preferred date, wishes regarding welcome and wrap-up, and any comments
When visiting our website
We use Umami for anonymised visitor statistics. No cookies are placed and no personal data that identifies you is collected. We see, for example, the number of visitors, which pages are viewed, the country of origin and the type of device — always anonymised and aggregated.

4How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes described above:
- Brochure requests: we keep your data for as long as it is useful to contact you about a possible team outing. We periodically assess whether retention is still necessary, and we delete your data at your request.
- Quote requests: we keep your data for as long as needed to follow up on your request and to approach you as an interested party. If a booking results from it, the statutory retention periods for our records apply (7 years for the financial administration).
- Website statistics: these are anonymised and not traceable to individuals; they are retained according to the settings of Umami.
You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see your rights below).
5Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data to third parties. We do engage a number of external service providers (processors) who help us deliver our services. Appropriate agreements have been made with them about the protection of your data.

6Cookies
Our website does not place tracking cookies. For our visitor statistics we use Umami, which works without cookies and collects no personal data. That is why we also do not show a cookie banner.
Should we add forms or features in the future that do use cookies, we will update this statement accordingly.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — you may request which data we hold about you.
- Rectification — you may have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure — you may ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction — you may have the processing restricted.
- Objection — you may object to the processing.
- Portability — you may receive your data in a common format.
- Withdrawing consent — if you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

8Filing a complaint
If you disagree with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can resolve it together. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate, so that data is transmitted in encrypted form.
